When any current user on my XP tries to list contents
of "...Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files", WE fails
to show any existing subdirectories (e.g., Content.IE5,
Content.MSO, OLK41). The system is set to display hidden
and system files. These subdirectories are displayed
when invoking WE from another user's logon.
Also, although WE does not show folder Content.IE5, when
the full name is typed into the address bar, WE show its
content. Once WE is exited and re-invoked, it again
fails to show Content.IE5.
