Windows Explorer: Default to Details View?

When I first open a folder in Windows Explorer, the folder is in "Tiles"
view. I would like Windows Explorer to default all folder views to
"Details" view. How do I do this?

Set one folder to Details view, closing all other Explorer windows. Then in
Explorer select Tools->Folder Options and go to the View tab. Click the
Apply to All Folders button.
