Whenever I have my windows explorer up for more than 5-10 minutes it shuts
down automatically. Is this supposed to happen? How do I make it stay on as
longer?

Thank you,
Virginia

It's hard to say - you haven't given much information. How long has this
been going on? Was it a sudden onset or gradual? What changes occurred to
the system right before it started - hardware and/or software? To start
with what is the malware status of the computer? Do you regularly check for
malware in safe mode with a current anti-virus program with up to date
definitions and a combination of other anti-malware programs? Here are some
links for dealing with malware. I have also included a link for how to make
a good newsgroup post. Good luck, and post back with more info.
