Windows error

When booting up my machine, after logging in, the
following error occurs:
wupdt.exe Ordinal not found.
The Ordinal 43 could not be found in the dynamic link
library ATD.dll.

What does this mean? How can I fix this? I am running
Windows XP Pro.
