Windows Error what does this mean

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The
bugcheck was: 0x100000d1 (0x0000002a, 0x00000005,
0x00000000, 0xf756cafb). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini082004-01.dmp.



It happens when i am playing battlefield vietnam online.
My computer crashes and I get a blank blue screen.
