I was wondering anyone knows of a setting in Windows that
enables the computer to shut down upon certain errors
received by the System.

Thanks,

Brook

What type of errors in the system? Have you looked at the options on the
Recovery tab (under services, open the properties of the specific service
and look at the recovery options).

If the machine Bugchecks (blue screen of death), you can set the Startup and
Recovery options through the properties of My Computer | Advanced.

Well,

This is on one of our Servers and it appears that the
Error Shuts the Server Down automatically. I am not sure
what the error is.
