Windows erroneously changing folder customization.

Windows has changed the "My Pictures" and "My Music" folders and even a newly
installed second hard drive to "Best for Videos" customized folders. There
doesn't seem to be a way to change them back to what they should be. The
Customize tab does not show show under Properties.

Be careful when editing the registry!

the path for that. My Music and My Pictures are also under this key
