Windows doesn't start

Hi,

Since yesterday when I start my windows is starting up but it stops
and he goes to dos : c:/..../Windows.

How can i solve this,

Do I need to reinstall?

Sorry but your post is unclear. There is no DOS in XP so what does, "he
goes to dos: c:/..../Windows" mean?

You need to take your computer up to the highest floor of a building
where you can open windows and toss it out one of those windows.

WHY?

You're obviously too stupid to be able to operate one... or, at least,
you are too stupid to provide enough relevant information about your
problem so that knowledgeable people can help you.
