Here my situation, a crazy one, first time I saw that.
I am troubleshooting the computer of a friend. Her computer doesn'
boot at all, even in Safe mode. I've made a boot disk, but when I ca
boot with it, I can only access to A and B drive (both seems to be th
same disk drive).
I can reach a menu with the following option (as it is in French, th
translation may not be good)
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Network
Commande mode with error
Write event in a log
Start in VGA mode
Last good configuration
Active restauration Mode
Debug Mode
Windows normal
Reboot
Return to OS menu
Any option I chose, the most far I can reach, it is the picture o
windows starting loading, and that for less than a second. I'm not THA
good at troubleshooting windows, so anyone have an idea?
The last thing done was to install new drivers (RAID Controller and US
port)
She has no backup (sadly)
