Hi guys,

Ive read the other questions but they don't seem to be the same question as
mine. I seem to get the message come up whenever i am on the internet and
not tryin to save anything. Its happening almost constantly now. can anyone
help me??

Is your drive marked as "Dirty" ?
Click Start, Run (Type) Cmd [Enter]
FsUtil Dirty Query C:
If the utility returns "Not Dirty", then I'd look to an issue with your
controller or perhaps that the drive speed has been throttled back
from a high error count. ( UDMA down to PIO mode ).

The OS and programs write to the drive constantly, even when you're not
