Windows - Delayed Write Failed Error

Hello everyone,
I have been having this problem for a while, when I try
to transfer files between Harddrives I get this
warning "Delayed Write Failed Error", I do not know what
is the problem with my computer. I have changed the IDE
cables, I have tried just about everything, but to no
success. I would really appriate if someone can help me
out with this situation. Yes I have tried microsoft but
they give me the run around. For more information on this

In addition to Mike's KB reference, if you have installed the Intel
Application Accelererator, try deinstalling it for a time.
