Windows Defender

I have three item in the history section, which says these items have been
allowed.Does this mean they are potentially at risk to the computer as they
say Not Yet Classified. Should I remove them or leave them there. My home
page says computer running normally and doesn't appear to have any problems
after scanning. I have only recently installed Windows Defender.

Microsoft has established separate newsgroups for Windows Defender Beta2
support and comments. This is not one of them.
