i used to have the first microsoft anti-spyware on but ive had to format my
hd ive tried to install the new windows defender and it wont install it
doesnt move from 0% i use win xp 1.6Ghz 752MB ram and 440GB hd

You should post to one of the newsgroups specifically for windows defender.
