Windows continuous rebooting problem

Every 3 to 5 minutes my Windows EP version comes up with
a "RPC Service Terminated" message via
the "NT/Authority/System".

It is continuous and I'm not able to break the cycle, any
thoughts?

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: FIREWALL , and hit enter.
Click on the topic titled "Enable or Disable Internet Connection Firewall".
