I am having a hard time figuring this one out any help would be nice.
If I try to add a printer using find printers in the directory or
connect to a printer on the Internet. I receive this error. "Windows
cannot connect to the printer. Either the printer name was typed
incorrectly, or the specified printer has lost its connection to the
server." I can create a new print queue and add it to the directory
list just fine. I can also add any or the same printer via connect to
this printer \\servername\sharename. It also appears that I can add a
printer using
http://servername/printers/ipp_0004.asp?eprinter=printername&view=p&page=8610
and clicking on connect. Any idea on how I can resolve this issue. Or
why this is happening.
