All of my windows have been magnified to 125 or larger. I have not been able
to resize. Am very frustrated in that all windows are like a painting with a
frame that blocks part of the picture.

Hi there,
Try holding the control button and scrolling your mouse wheel very slowly.

Kevin.

Hi there,
Hold down the ctrl button and scroll your mouse wheel slowly, should sort it
for you.

Right-click the Desktop, click Properties, Settings tab, change the
screen resolution till the example in the little window looks right,
press the Enter key to lock in the change.

Is this in Internet Explorer 7? Is there a 125% in the bottom right of the
screen?
Click on the arrow down button to the right of 125% and it will give options
to change the amount of Zoom.

Hope this helps.

Control Panel>Display>Settings

Move the slider up to the resolution supported by your monitor. Flat
panel monitors have native resolutions that should be used - refer to
your monitor manual. Examples of standard resolutions:

1024 x 768
1280 x 1024

Wide-screen LCD's - 1280 x 800
