Windows are resetting

In the last portion of loading. In safe mode no such behavior!

Before that it happened sporadically in work but now everytime!

Changed M.B. and Memory but no use!

Any sug.?

If you've changed the mobo, then you will need to run a 'Repair' install of
XP anyway.

The mobo is same and everything looks the same exept the reset which is now
everytime.
Video adapter is integrated on the MB!

Still, your system is not detecting the "same" mobo, and other hardware
components, as the original set up. The repair re-install would be the best
step to fix this.

BTW: Make sure you do this repair install with a CD that has the same level
of Service Pack "slipstreamed" onto it.
 
I finded the cause: smart card reader from my bank (Com port)!!!!!. After
exchanging in new one (USB) everything works fine!!!
