windows 98 newsgroup exists?

Hello I need help to connect 2 win 98 pcs
(a simple net), cable connection.

But I don't have a win 98 newsgroup where to post...
May someone help me in any way?

For Win98 general issues use this link.

Both link will open in Outlook Express.
