Where can I go to learn about Windows 2000 commands, where to execute them
and how to execute them? Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!!

Create a shortcut with a "Target" value of;
%windir%\hh.exe Ms-its:%windir%\help\windows.chm::/ntcmds.htm

If that's what you mean.

Hi

In addition to the tip from Dave:

A newsgroup search is also an incredible source of information :-)

You can use http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search to search in a news
database having articles dated back to all the way to 1981.

Batch programming and command line newsgroups ideal for newsgroup searches:

alt.msdos.batch
alt.msdos.batch.nt
microsoft.public.win2000.cmdprompt.admin

If you have questions about command line/batch programming you should post to
this group:

microsoft.public.win2000.cmdprompt.admin

My apologies....I have seen a command like this: tlist -s and I wanted to
know where I could find out more information on these types of commands for
windows 2K and where in windows 2K I can execute them. e.g. on the command
line, or a dos prompt? I did not mean to respond to your email addy Dave.
Forgive me please. Thank you in advance as well for any assistance.
