Windows 2000 Updates Download

Hello
Is it possible to download all the Updates (Critical, Security, Recomended)
in one
file and install them all in one while offline?
(Something like the service packs)

How is this an Outlook issue? The answer is "yes", but ask in a Windows
newsgroup (or just look at the options on the WIndows update pages) for how.
