Hi Group,

Anyone know what might be causing my Windows 2000 box to reboot whenever I
issue an FTP command from another windows box?
1. logon (user/pass)
2. dir
3. **boom** the box is offline and rebooting.

I don't see anything in the system log files that occured in even the same
hour as the shutdown (except for the bootup messages). :(

Thanks,

-J

Hello,

Try doing an FTP on the local host.

If the FTP on a local host causes a reboot try pinging the FTP port.
