Windows 2000 pro licensing

Hi all
I stumbled upon win2000 OEM license stickers (no media or
manual) that resell per 50% off the regular prices, on
several online stores.

the question is can these stickers be used on new
computers we distribute?

I believe you can use these when you are selling a newly built computer to others. Be sure tho that these license have not been registered.
