Windows 2000 in a W3k Forest

Okay, I'm baffled. I have a Win3K AD with a new W2K server. I added the
server to the domain and everything seems to work just fine except that when
I try and connect to the server, i.e. via a Share, I get prompted for a
Username/password.

I'm lost!
