Windows 2000 Display Problem

Was experimenting with the Appearance tab in the Display
Options and have created a mess! Am unable to right-click
and see any menus (everything is solid black).

How can I reset to defaults?

Tried this and same result, only bigger. Desktop looks
like a collage and right-clicking produces a solid black
screen. I can't see any menu choices at all so I
can't 'unchoose' the Marine high color desktop scheme in
Display Properties>Appearance that started the problem.

Try F8 at startup and "Enable VGA Mode" and set the option back.

This fixed it - my profile was corrupt.

Thank you very much for your assistance!
