Hi,

I am trying to perform an over the network backup of data
on an NTFS partition to a computer with a FAT partition.
Is this possible using NTBackup in Windows 2000?

Thanks

Yes. If you schedule it as a task, just make sure that the account that the
job runs under has permissions to the share.

Yes, it's possible. Not really sure exactly what you're trying to do. Map
a network share to the target machine you want to back up and backup those
files to a local file? Or backup from the source machine to a file across a
network share?
