How do I turn turn off the password prompt when I startup
windows 2000? I have installed all service packs and
updates. The box in users and passwords that
says "require users to enter a username and password" is
NOT checked. It is starting to bug me!

You should be able to follow similar steps (clearing entries instead of
setting them, etc.) to turn on and off Autologon.
