Windows 2000 Adv - not getting passed the Windows Screen

Good Morning:
I have server which was working fine, system locked
up. Upon reboot, system never gets passed the Logo
screen. It shows it loading, I loose keyboard function,
there is not drive activity, it justs sits there. I work
on the Novell side, very gray with Windows, the person
who usually does this job, her husband Just came home
from IRAN...

Hi,

Maybe a kernel freeze during startup.

To troubleshoot it, you have to analyse what happens in the memory.
To do this you should manually generate a full memory.dmp and then analyse
it : that could not be done via newsgroup.

Parallely to launch a perfmon on a remote computer could be helpfull to
understand what happens on.

To generate a dump manually :
