Hi,
I have a user that is not recieving all of her emails.
The people that try to send her an email sometimes
recieves the following error message:

"The message you sent contained character sets which the
recipient has chosen to block.
The following character sets are blocked:
windows-1251"

Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this?

Tools -> Options -> Preferences -> Junk E-mail -> International ->
Blocked Encodings -> check if there is anything blocked (checked) in
that list that shouldn't be (e.g. Western European).
