Downloaded windows 11 and it's a mess. I need to revert to Win 10 but can't type in 'settings' in win 11. so can't get started. any ideas?

Do you have access to another PC? If so, use the Windows 10 media creation tool to create a bootable USB with W10 on it and do a clean reinstall of Windows 10.
