Window2003 constantly reboots after install

I continue to receive an error message that says...
Windows must now restart because RPC service was
unexpectly interrupted. How can I stop this from
happening.

Sounds like you have been infected by a virus.

As soon as you can! You are running the 32-bit version

Also enable Windows XP's built in firewall:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;283673

Then go to WindowsUpdate to pick up the latest updates:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
