I afe Modem running windows XP on my Sony Lap Top Recently
I found out i could not Open any Programs in Reg/ Mode
or Log on too the Net.
I dis a Sys Restore, that did not Help
It runs OK in Safe Mode
Have any suggestions

You probably have a virus. Run a current antivirus with updated
definitions. If your computer is too infected to install an antivirus
program, take the computer to a local repair shop (not a
CompUSA/BestBuy type store) and have them fix it for you.
