Window XP Update SP1 Trashed my Video !!!

First of all after completing the SP1 Express Update on
my Windows XP, it blocked out my audio... So I had to go
and get another audio driver to restore that... And now
my normal crisp video on my laptop has turned to choppy
almost garbled lettering. The graphics seem to work ok,
but you know how the letters look in detail, they are
either precise or stone age looking, I am in the stone
age mode now, help... Does anyone know where to get the
drivers for correcting this, if that is what I need.???
Any advice would be appreciated...

Please include more specific information about the
computer and video card that you are using. We should be
able to locate an updated driver that will help with this
problem.
