window xp pro start up problems

recently i notice that my system crashes due to some reason so i did defrag
with O&O and after i did a scan disk

for my c scan disk it had to fix alot of files for phase 3 "verifying
securify descriptors" and it stop at one point and i had to restart my comp
then it passed phase 3 and when it when to phase 4 it would not complete i
notice the HDD light stops blinking and is off and scan disk just hangs so i
restart and farest it when is 24% be stoping

c drive is a raid 0 drive

and when i open up window the first time after i cancel my scan disk the
task bar was like half and the next time i try it was below the screen and
cant pull it up and when i turn on my comp and has problems with nvidea's
media sheild and the internet doesnt not connect and help doesnt work

im current using windows xp 64bit on the drive to post this, i would use 64
bit fully but its just my printer and some software hardwares i ahve doesnt
have 64 bit drivers, i cant do system restore as well not even in debug mode

i hope someone can help me and i dont need to format it

p4 3.4 GHZ
1 GB RAM
2 X 160 GB raid 0 for c
200 GB for D
bot HDD are SATA

visit the manufacturer of your hard drive's website and see if they have a
diagnostic tool available for downloading. Run a scan to ensure the drive is
not damaged.

well i ran the one from dell and it says pass, i got the samsung diagnostic
but its just that i need to get a floppy drive
