Most secondary windows are too far down on screen below task bar. Scrolling
is too fast. I am a senior newbie and messed up something I suppose. Any help
will be appreciated.
Also , when a document is displayed it fills screen so much nothing else is
displayed. Escape or pulling the plug is the only way out that I know of.
I have a sony notebook. THANKS

"Secondary windows" means ...? What program is generating them?

I have no idea which program(s) you are referring to, but the usual way
to change a window size from full-screen is to click the little icon on
the title bar to the left of the close button.

What's a "secondary window"? You should be able to move any window by
dragging the title bar.

This sounds like you're using MS Word in full-screen mode. To return
to normal mode, hit the "Esc" key (probably in the upper-left corner
or your keyboard).

r-click the Desktop, pick Properties, Settings and adjust the Screen
resolution to something higher.
