Window resizes

Some sites I visit resize the web page to smaller than
full screen. I maximize the window but it doesn't reset.
The next website I visit is displayed in the smaller size
window. How do I correct and prevent?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
