When I reduce MS Word it shrinks but the top of the window is off the top of
my monitor. How can I move it back into the monitor if I can't grab the top
of it?

Right click on the entry for word on the Task Bar, select move. The second
you click on move Click again but hold the left button. What should have
happened it Windows put your cursor over the title bar of word and you should
now be able to move the Word Window around.

Arrow keys work nice too.

Press and release <ALT>+<SPACE> and then press <M>. You can now
use the cursor arrow keys to move the display settings dialog window
back to the desired location. When the box is located where you want
it, press <Enter>.
