window journal viewer

everytime I go to get something off of the internet and
the acrobat adobe come up my computer starts to load
microsoft window journal viewer. I then get an error
stating that the network connection is not available.
Then I have a problem trying to log off the error message
and the item that I am trying to view with acrobat adobe
never does come up.

Check Folder Options> File Types> PDF files. When you click on the item for
PDF files, what application is assigned for opening these files? If not
Adobe, right click on a PDF file and select Properties. Click the Change
button and select Adobe - or - reinstall Adobe as this will also
re-establish the association between the program and the file type.
