Window Installer

My mother-in-law bought my son a hunting game. When I went to install it , it says I am in safe mode or the window installer is not installed right. I am lost what to do. I think a component got deleted when I removed a game awhile back. I hate computers and want to fix this for my son . Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you much.

I do have. I have installed several games, but all the sudden I cant use this new game. I think it said I am missing some kind of file. I am totally green to computers. thanks emmitt!
