Window explorer stops working and restarts ever time I try to open anything.
Can't restore to a earlier date or open any window programs
Internet explorer works fine.

Try running Sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt. Go to Start Orb |
type in cmd, right click on it at the top left, and choose Run as
Administrator. Then at the command prompt give the command:
sfc /scannow.

See if that helps at all.

Otherwise start with a description of the system and a history of the
problem.
