window explore

Hello all,

I went to control panel region and language, and changed so my computer
can display chinese. but after done that, now I cannot open my documents via
start button or left click start, then window explore wont display. I wonder
is it related to the language I have just changed.

everyone here can help?

hi smoker,

I can not change it back since I can not access to window explore. I dont
know if ther e is another way to access to window explore list.
