Window Bar Size

Somethings happened to the top bar of any window I open. I'm talking about
the top bar of a window that contains the minimize, maximixe, and close
buttons on the right hand side. This bar is smaller, and so these 3 buttons
are smaller. I've tried changing font sizes, button sizes, and nothing seems
to work.
Any idea how to restore to it's origional size?

It's called the "Title Bar."

Right-click on the desktop and choose Properties. On the
Appearance tab, click Advanced. In the drop-down list, choose
"Active Title Bar," and change its size as desired.

Repeat for "Inactive Title Bar."

What is likely to be in charge also is the size of 'Caption buttons' in
the same place.
