Windec32.dll and Kernel32.dll error when i open IE

HI,,

iam on Windows ME..

every time When I open Internet Explorer I get these error
messages,

"Explorer has now caused an error in Windec32.dll
Explorer will now close"

and when i click on the close tap. 1 more error message
comes up

"Explorer has now caused an error in Kernel32.dll
Explorer will close now "



any idea whats wrong and how to fix this,
