Wincallid ???

Has anyone got any idea what this executable (Wincallid.exe) is? I find it
odd that google doesn't give any hits at all on 'Wincallid'. It's residing
in C:\.
I'm running xp with servicepack 2

It's associated with your modem and phone line, it activates caller id on
incoming calls.

Thanks for your responses.
Whatever it was, it was infected with a backdoor trojan and removed by my
(installed to the occation) virus-software.
