Winamp mouse gestures?

Do I need a plug-in in order to use these? If so, can anyone point me in
the direction of one?

I'm looking to be able to jump tracks in Winamp while I'm playing a game or
something (ie, when Winamp isn't in focus).

Look in Winamp plug-ins for "Reproduction Control" and make hot keys to
do what you want.
