Win98 install after xp

If i install win 98 near xp ,on another parition, then i have 98 on screen
but then i can no longer access xp ,just win 98!If i modify the boot ,could
it work????
HHHHHHHHHEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP PPPPPPLLLLZZZZZ!!!!!!!!

When you install 98 after either W2K Professional or XP, 98 will change the
MBR ( Master Boot Record to suit 98 boot up). The fix is after you loaded 98,
reboot, and set you BIOS to boot the CDROM drive first. Insert your XP disk
and run the repair mode ( this will reestablish NTLDR and give you a dual
boot menu).

To install 98 after XP and keep your current configuration data and
settings, you will need to use a third party boot manager, and if you need
to create an aditional hard drive partition, partitioning software will be
mandatory if you want to keep your existing settings ande data.
Two Operating Systems installed to the same partition is highly discourged
and not supported by Microsoft.
