NAV recently flagged a Backdoor.IRC.Bot (virus)
associated with win32server.exe

I've deleted the file and reference in the registry.

Does this file normally exist?

What does it do for a living?

Do I need to worry about restoring it? If so where
should the copy come from?

No, you don't want to restore it. It was the virus/trojan.
