when i turn my pc on i get this message

Run a spyware/virus scan. you have to run them in safemode.

Go HERE first ... then download, install, update and run ...

MS Anti-Spyware
SpywareBlaster
Ad-Aware

... and run your own Anti-Virus program.

crazylegs the message i get is when my pc turns only but with the same error that your link showed me
techy and mucks ruan all what you suggested and nothing came up, i didnt run in safe mode as i wasnt sure how to boot up in safe mode.
