Win2K Professional install freeze

I'm trying to install Win2K Pro (from CD) on a PC that I
have updated the BIOS for and it keeps freezing at the
Win2K startup screen after the reboot during the
install. Anyone else experience this?

have you run the comparison program on the install cd to
see if all hardware is compatable with w2k???

It is on the Win 2k CD. With the CD in the CD drive go to
start - run - and
type D:\winnt32.exe /checkupgradeonly

Usually if it gets to the flash screen, You may have a
problem with the video card/video drivers, but not sure
unless you have an exact error code/message.
