Hi

I created a custom install Win2K CD with all the slipstreaming, etc. The
strange thing is that on some workstations it works fine (from begin to
end); on some other, there would be an NTLDR NOT FOUND at bootup (and that's
the end of it).

I figured this might have something to do with BIOS update, but same problem
occurred after BIOS update.

Can someone help me solve this problem ?

Thanks
Steve

This could be a hardware limitation and occurs independently of the
operating system. This should not be an issue on a newer computer if their
BIOS supports INT13 Extensions and this feature is turned on, which it is by
default. Also this article may help.

Setup Does Not Check for INT-13 Extensions Before Creating System Partition

Yeah, the BIOS doesn't seem to show anything about INT13.

Thank you
Steve

Then you'll just want to keep the end of the system partition within the 7.8
gB barrier.

I'll try that...thanks again.
