Hello,
Do i need to upgrade my win2000 AD domain to Win2003 to take advantage
of new win2003 group policies templates and features?

Hi

Keep in mind that some policy settings will not apply to Windows 2000 even
though they're set. Refer to the settings reference for which operating
systems they take effect on:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...2F-DA15-438D-8E48-45915CD2BC14&displaylang=en

Kind regards

Usually the gp editor will tell you as well.
